It worked great before the update this month. Now, it's a battle EVERYTIME I try to open it. Huge waste of time and it's expensive. Nov 2025 Update for Jan 2026... there was a brief few days that I was able to log in without deleting all data in the app. Then it went right back to it being quicker to just Google the number. If it was free, I'd be able to overlook it. I wish they'd either stop charging until this is fixed, or go back to the old version that worked.

I used to be able to login the app via biometrics. I stopped using the app and just access via a browser because at lease I don't have to keep typing in my username and password AND clicking "remember me" and "enable biometrics" EVERY TIME I attempt to use it.

For the last month or so everytime i try to open app it doesn't work & i have to reboot my phone. I've checked all suggested steps & it's not my phone, all updated, no issues will cell provider...it's the app. About to stop using it.
