Such a Worse App I was paid my amount rupees 3924 for electricity bill payment was debited from my account but transaction failed amount returned to walled i was talked with customer care they was don't no how to talk with the customer my query was 'I Need the amount to be refund to my bank account which was same payment method but they was credited to app wallet they was not helping to resolve this issue i was talked around 4 to 5 times between the conversation they was disconnected the call

I like this app. But needs some updation like bill payment of all telecom operators belonging to J&K especially Jio pre on post recharges, Jio fiber recharges etc. There should be quick improved & professional type customer care service like other companies. Over all there's good value, good commission of your recharges.

this is an good experience and impressive app but you also need to make it more simple in use so that everyone can easily use , and it's remaining to explore the entire app instead of prepaid dashboard but it's good 👍
