The app is good, but there is one issue. Sometimes when I recharge a data add-on pack (for example, the ₹22 Airtel pack), the money gets debited but the recharge is not successful. If I don't complain, the recharge is not processed. Only after I raise a complaint does it get resolved. Please fix this issue in the app.

This is a terrible and fraudulent app. I sincerely request everyone not to install or use it. Initially, the app works properly to gain your trust, but gradually it starts engaging in fraudulent activities. This seems to be how they actually make money. Please stay away from this app and do not download it. I have personally suffered a huge financial loss because of it. I am sharing this review so that others do not fall into the same trap. Please be careful.

Dear Customer Support Team, I am writing to report an issue regarding two mobile recharges done through your platform. I recharged for ₹349 each for two different mobile numbers. The payment was successful and the amount has been debited, but the customers have not received the benefits/service yet. When I contacted customer care, I was asked to send details on WhatsApp. But on WhatsApp, I am being told to call and raise a complaint. I am being routed back and forth without any solution.
