It is the best platform for the safe investments with smoothest experience ever. but, there are some minor problems :- Fds :- they are stop partnering with new banks. bonds :- they are offering lower intrest for same bonds compare to other platforms. Gold :- gold mutual funds are not direct plan, but expense ratio was not high. "they also offer fd backed credit card." and customer support needs to expand, they are busy most of the time.

Very bad no customer Support. I did the recharge at 8:14 but it didn’t get credited, even though the payment was successful. When I talked to customer care, they said it would take 30–45 minutes, but even after that it wasn’t done. Then they said it would take 1 hour, but still it didn’t happen.

Very bad and risky app. They deducted extra ₹103 from my account in the name of previous failed recharge without proper explanation. Commission is already very low and on top of that they do wrong recovery. Support is useless. Not safe for recharge business. I will never use it again.
