I have just completed the first run and it was interesting. It can be played offline just fine. I liked the prestige tree but haven't made a second run yet. Mob density is a bit too low on planets so game progress is slow paced and most attack upgrades like bombs and area damage attacks aren't really usefully if not idling because of it since there are just too few mobs to kill on screen left anyway (except for horde mode). They do allow for idling progress though (at a very slow rate).

Pretty good game. No mandatory ads and the ads they do have give pretty good bonuses. The boss fights are cool as well. Few reasons for lack of 5 star -reduced incentive to prestige because the point gain is locked to 5 and the bonuses don't seem to do much for progress. (pets do impact progress but not enough) -buying weaker level of equipment has no incentive. Eg: once you buy sword no need to buy suit. Would like upgrade to matter. -daily bonus is bugged after you get panda.

Edit: Due to devs actually replying and not dropping some spiel, I'll give it a star increase from 2 to 3. Game is still rough, nothing changed there, but it just wasnt a game I could fall in love with, its a shooter/collector game where you collect money, buy the next enemy or upgrade, then collect more money and items to buy a new enemy or upgrade, rinse and repeat. At least there isnt an ad every 30 seconds
