This Android application is an explanation of the meaning of the Arba'in Nawawiyah Hadith by Abdullah Haidir
This hadith is one of the hadiths that form the core of Islamic teachings. Imam Ahmad and Imam Syafi'i said: In the hadith about intention, this covers one third of knowledge. The reason is that a servant's actions consist of actions of the heart, words and body parts, while intention is one part of these three elements. It was narrated from Imam Syafi'i that he said, "This hadith covers seventy chapters in fiqh. Some scholars even say, "This hadith constitutes one third of Islam.
From Umar radhiyallahu `anhu, he also said: When we were sitting next to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) one day suddenly there came a man wearing very white clothes and very black hair. none of us knew him. Until then he sat in front of the Prophet and put his knees to his knees (Rasulullah shallahu`alaihi wa sallam) and said, "O Muhammad, tell me about Islam?" that there is no ilah (god to be worshipped) except Allah, and that the Prophet Muhammad is the messenger of Allah, you pray, pay zakat, fast in Ramadan and go on the Hajj if you are able", then he said, "you are right".
