The app is well designed and clear. It's very easy to submit a meter reading. My main issue is that there is a section in the app that says 'your past meter readings will appear here' but they never do. The only way I can see my past readings is by logging in to the website. I submitted feedback about this on the app but got no response.

Easy to use, but insufficient information. It is easy to submit meter readings and check your bill. But annual usage figures are not available on it.

In common with a lot of reviews, I have found it impossible to enter the site. Neither my email nor my mobile number are recognised. Also, I have tried, unsuccessfully to change my password. Previously I was with EDF and Ovo and never had a problem with either. I have regularly given my meter readings and that is not as straightforward as it ought to be. I have contacted customer care on a couple of occasions but I am still unable to sign in to my account.
