Lacklustre and frustrating. Unusable for submitting single electric meter readings. I had to submit via the website. Why is there a 'night' usage box that MUST be filled to submit?! I can just submit at night too if I want. Also, no detailed usage tracking by period or even a simple list of past meter readings to let me do this for myself. I shouldn't have to trawl through bills or keep separate logs elsewhere.

This app has become useless. It only shows 2 days of enegy usage at the end of a month billing cycle because it ends on the 2nd, as it goes into the first two days of a month and stops showing the rest of the previous month. Rubbish.

In common with a lot of reviews, I have found it impossible to enter the site. Neither my email nor my mobile number are recognised. Also, I have tried, unsuccessfully to change my password. Previously I was with EDF and Ovo and never had a problem with either. I have regularly given my meter readings and that is not as straightforward as it ought to be. I have contacted customer care on a couple of occasions but I am still unable to sign in to my account.
