Kinda cheap ending. It's really gratifying to have the bird to talk to, but man it's so surface-level it's hard to appreciate. I love the concept, the art, and even the execution (for the most part ), but the game needs to either be more clear about what it really is- an exploration of grief- or it needs to shift towards a self-help angle.

I really like the concept of this game and the idealism behind it. It's so fun to talk with the bird, which I'd named Molten since he wanted to be named something 'hot', and I adore the poem element, but I haven't completed the game yet. I plan to buy the full version soon. I have seen some reviews explaining a weak or cheap ending, but I will see for myself and edit this review once I have. Though from what I've seen so far.. I LOVE THE APP AND MOLTEN!! 💛💛

I was unsure of what to expect when I downloaded this app, but I am pretty glad I did.. Bird is super adorable and quirky, and the sound effects are cute too. The poetry is fun and the paintings are silly, but it's a very pleasant experience, especially when finding yourself alone. I think it would be even better if the user were able to ask Bird questions, and have Bird fill in a line of poetry and the user create the rest, or offer more than 2 choices when asking about users' moods. great app
