App hasn't worked for at least 6 months. Even after most recent update does not work. Now requires login to do anything and it won't login. Opens web page in chrome browser, enter credentials, says sign in successfull, then goes back to the login screen in the app. Completely unusable now. I will never buy anything from Giant ever again. This bike has been nothing but problems. It tells you something about a company with so many bad reviews and no updates

EVERY single time (yes, I don't ride very often) I connect it forces to update firmware on the bike computer, sometimes twice! And it does not allow to use it until you update! Useless. When I connect I want to ride now, and not wait 10 min every time for updates to finish. I must be able to postpone update. Folks, have you ever heard of backward compatibility? Hire good developers. If you have NBC changes so often, your SW design is garbage.

I would like to give this app zero stars but can't. The app does not record any rides with my bike and I have been InTouch with customer support that many times and still not fixed. This issue has been going on for nearly a year. I have found that if you use an apple phone it works fine but not an android! This is not great service, I wish I had gone to a different manufacturer now🤑
