The dedicated app for Greenpoint's contracted service locations allows users to collect electronic coupons redeemed by the public.

Operation Steps:
Step 1 - Log in using your designated staff account and password.
Step 2 - Select "Scan Serial Number".
Step 3 - Scan the QR code of the electronic coupon presented by the customer to complete the coupon redemption process.

※If the code is difficult to scan or only has a serial number, you can also use the "Enter Serial Number" function.
