Everytime i try to make a payment through the app, it NEVER has the correct amount on the next page! Say I'm making a payment for $82.00...I type in 82.00 go to review it and it says $8.20. I have to go back "several" times before it will register on the review page. Also, doesn't store payment info. I log in with fingerprint, I would expect it to store payment info! This app needs updated! FYI... read the other reviews and looks like making a payment is a HUGE issue with this app!

The roadside assistance is eternally broken. Having to call my insurance agent to be told to just pay out of pocket for the service and try to get reimbursed later... As a response to the reply, I tried that... over the course of 4 hours one day, and at least 90 minutes a second day. They send a link to be filled out on an app. It still doesn't work calling, as you are not given a option to actually talk to someone.

This is a good insurance app. It makes it relatively easy to pull up your plan details and insurance card(s). I would like to see a way to display the insurance card from my phone's lock screen. Or have a way to lock the phone with the card showing before I hand it to a police officer. I do not feel comfortable handing my unlocked phone to anyone just to show a required document.
