the worst ap I've EVER used. 95% of the time is says "oops theres a problem and cannot login, contact customer support" when trying to login to the app. i haven't been able to access my info via the app for a few weeks now after numerous attempts to open the ap. cant pay my bills through the app or access insurance cards since it wont open. so frustrating

Everytime i try to make a payment through the app, it NEVER has the correct amount on the next page! Say I'm making a payment for $82.00...I type in 82.00 go to review it and it says $8.20. I have to go back "several" times before it will register on the review page. Also, doesn't store payment info. I log in with fingerprint, I would expect it to store payment info! This app needs updated! FYI... read the other reviews and looks like making a payment is a HUGE issue with this app!

Soooooo FRUSTRATED with this app. Won't accept the numbers put in for payment correctly. Almost paid wrong amount cause app incorrectly puts in payment amount. Unbelievable that a multi-billion dollar company would allow this. I would be embarrassed to allow this app in my company if I had one. Im sure they've had multiple complaints cause they say to call an 800 line to make payment if you have this issue. Not the end of the world but if your going to put out an app make sure it works.
