About this app

The App is a tool created to manage attendance at the workplace, as an alternative to the classic card.
Record the start and end of the work shift and the sequence of geolocations detected by the mobile device.
Exchange data exclusively with the hrplan.eu portal, which companies access by paying a fee.

PRIVACY POLICY HRPLAN APP
(pursuant to EU regulation 2016/679)

A. Object of the Treatment
The HRPLAN APP is intended for employees of companies that use the hrplan.eu web platform.
Using the APP, the employee records the beginning and end of the work shift and the relative geolocation acquired via GPS.
If the worker has given his explicit consent, during the period between the beginning and the end the APP detects the position via GPS and records the movements. Before the start stamping and after the end stamping the APP interrupts the geolocation and does not detect any data.
The APP installed on the employee's device does not process additional personal data (eg data relating to telephone traffic, text messages, e-mails, internet browsing or other).

B. Purpose of the processing
The detection of the position of employees is carried out for organizational, production and logistical purposes, such as: to measure the costs to be charged to customers, to ensure more efficient management of work shifts, to identify the closest operator to provide urgent services.

C. Processing methods
The APP carries out a single processing: registration of the start and end of the shift and related geolocation data with sending to the HR PLAN portal for use by the administration of the owner company. The APP does not carry out any processing based on automated decision-making processes.

D. Access to data
Employee data may be made accessible, for the purposes referred to in point B, to employees and collaborators of the Data Controller who have access to the HRPLAN portal in their capacity as persons in charge and / or internal data processors and / or system administrators.

E. Data communication
No data collected through the APP is communicated or disseminated, except for communication to judicial or police bodies if necessary, as well as to all subjects to whom communication is mandatory by law.

F. Data transfer
Personal data is stored on servers managed by Gekosoft srl located within the European Union.

G. Nature of the provision of data and consequences of refusal
The provision of data at the beginning of the end of the service and relative geolocation is mandatory for the worker. Tracking in the period between the start and end of the service is optional.
The worker can decide not to give the latter at the time of hiring or at any subsequent time by communicating it to the company's personnel office.

H. Rights of the interested party
The employee who uses the APP has the following rights: access, rectification, cancellation (right to be forgotten), limitation of processing, data portability, opposition. You may exercise your rights at any time by making a request in any written form (email, certified email, registered letter with return receipt) to the Data Controller. You can also make a complaint to the Guarantor Authority.
