One tap, one shot. This is a shooting gallery: a target snaps up somewhere down the range, you put your finger on it, and the handgun swings over and shatters it. You never line up a shot and you never reload. You touch the target, the target breaks.
Nothing shoots back and there are no lives to lose, so the whole game lives in the gap between a target standing up and your finger arriving. The longer a stage runs, the less time you get between one target and the next.
Nobody counts how many you hit. You are timed from the moment a target appears to the moment you shoot it, and the average of those times is your grade. What the range throws at you keeps changing: targets that stand still, targets that drift sideways, a second row further back, and targets you are not supposed to shoot at all. The fastest finger is not always the right one.
A stage lasts thirty seconds. Finish a run and the day gets one number on your calendar, and tomorrow you come back to beat it. Miss a day and the streak starts over.
