​The UI is much better now, and the "Save Failed" EQ bug is fixed. However, there's still a major syncing issue. Even when my Boult Mustang Dash is paired and playing music, most of the time, the app shows a "Reconnect" button instead of the dashboard whenever I open the app for that my custom EQ doen't work, and due to this I need to open the app and press the reconnect button. It fails to detect the active connection in real-time. Great hardware, but the app needs to sync better!

I purchased this particular Torq product on September 7th 2026, and unfortunately, within just one week of use, I've encountered an issue where it is not properly disconnecting from Bluetooth, even after I have placed the earbuds back into their charging case. I honestly never anticipated that it would start behaving like this so quickly, especially within such a short timeframe. I am quite disappointed with this situation.

Astra Neo earbuds are amazing! Great sound, powerful bass, premium case and very comfortable. But the GOBOULT Amp app is disappointing. The earbuds connect perfectly via Bluetooth, but the app never detects them. I reinstalled the app multiple times, restarted my phone, re-paired the earbuds, and granted all permissions, but it still keeps searching and says "Try Again." Please fix support for Astra Neo.
