I've bought my 'Boult Y1 Pro' just yesterday, they're good, working properly BUT when I knew it got an app instead of a physical guide my brain starts to get a little frustrated, search for the tutorial on YT, watched it, understood it & was on my way to demonstrate it, but after granting all 'necessary permission', I've clicked on add devices, but after circling around for few secs it shows No device found!! Fix dis 🫥🤕

Very bad experience. The app doesn’t even recognize my GoBoult earphones. They’re properly connected to my phone through Bluetooth, but the app keeps saying “no device found.” I tried restarting, reconnecting, and even reinstalling the app — nothing worked. Totally useless if it can’t even detect its own brand’s earphones. Needs a serious fix

It cannot coonect thr ear buds. Installed twice with tweaks, still useless. Mine are Mustang Torq, sought connecting, result failure despite following on screens instructions. Developers need to address, sincerely, if not scamming.
