The UI is much better now, and the "Save Failed" EQ bug is fixed. However, there's still a major syncing issue. Even when my Boult Mustang Dash is paired and playing music, most of the time, the app shows a "Reconnect" button instead of the dashboard whenever I open the app for that my custom EQ doen't work, and due to this I need to open the app and press the reconnect button. It fails to detect the active connection in real-time. Great hardware, but the app needs to sync better!

Thanks for choosing GOBOULT. Over these 2 years, we have improved in the user experience and device connectivity. The new users are finding it better and we know there are still gaps. Thanks for the continued support. Please be patient while new models are being added and improved.

Initially, I faced a "Load resourceFailed" error and was unable to connect my earbuds to the Boult app despite trying multiple troubleshooting steps. I reported the issue through customer support and also shared feedback on the Play Store. The team took action, fixed the app-related problem, and now my earbuds connect perfectly. I'm happy that customer feedback was acknowledged and resolved. Thanks to the team for addressing the issue.

GOBOULT released many devices but they are showing only a few devices which can be connected. I bought GOBOULT Mustang Thunder headphones , and it didn't connect to the app and I am losing the features which I was meant to enjoy. Hope the GOBOULT team changes it and makes their rating higher. this creates a negative impression on the buds.
