There is really problematic glitch in this game but the explanation involves a *SPOILER ALERT* There is a point where a nail in the wall needs to be removed with a hammer BUT it doesn't work, no matter how I click on the wall this doesn't work. Added to that if I leave the app for whatever reason and come back, the hammer has disappeared and there seems no way of getting it back. I have tried to reset the game and start over and the exact same thing has happened twice over now.

Error happens when trying to pull out the hook off the wall using hammer in the cash register machine room. The hammer can't do anything. The hook stays on the wall. I can't go on playing. uninstall.

The puzzles themselves are good and visually this game is very pleasing, but the hammer item is bugged and won't work properly in any situation after using it on the stool.
