Battle Marker - Poke..TCG is available in English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, and Japanese. It's an app that can be used to replace the markers in the TCG card game, played in the real world.

The app tracks damage to your active card and bench cards (including 5 extra bench positions for stadium card effects).
