used to work (ish). the updated version of this app doesn't work at all - it sometimes doesn't connect to devices and otherwise plain crashes when I try to open it. garbage. and it has rendered my very expensive diffuser utterly useless, which is infuriating. fix it now, or refund me for my device and oils.

I wish I could give it a negative star rating.... less than 1 star. I have an android and for 2 years it worked. They upgraded the software and now I CANNOT connect. Customer service tried to help and i followed their instructions. The shared it was a software upgrade. Now the system is worthless. This was very expensive so would not recommend...I mean next time they do a patch maybe Apple owners would be able to use. Ughh. 1-9-23 I already eached out to the aromatech team no luck

I've downloaded this app to my Samsung Galaxy S8+, S22+, and S22 Ultra. It doesn't work on any of them. There's either a blank screen when I open the app or a message that appears saying "Device not found!". I've tried multiple times on each device with no luck.
