Icici is the biggest private banking player in the country but it always amazes me with the indifference & backwardness it has with regards to its IT infrastructure. It's just mind boggling to see an entity holding incredibly high amount of assets under management & yet do nothing to put the most basic IT infrastructure in place. Can't login at all. I'm an existing investor. It asks you to select the scheme from drop down while logging in. But guess what? Drop down never drops down. Disappointed

Super BUGGY app, I have ever used. Last time I did redemption, app showed, error but redemption did happen. Now I did purchase, after all bank transfer and all, it shows transaction error. Called customer care, confirmed transaction is successful. So pathetic the app is. Time to uninstall and forget permanently...

Such useless app. When I tap on scheme name is is not showing any names in list. How one can check Investment details. I thought icici is good option to invest. But when I checked their service i feel I did mistake. Same with your web app also. Slowness is Icici pru's great quality.
