The Office - New Employee Survival is a casual visual novel-style game where players, as new recruits, interact with various bosses to increase their favorability, social power, and rank, while also conquering them.
Simple tap-based optional interactions allow players to reach the True Ending, Good Ending, and Bad Ending, depending on their rank, social power, and favorability, and collect ending cutscenes.
As social power reaches certain thresholds, players are promoted in the following order: Intern → Employee → Supervisor → Assistant Manager → Manager → Assistant Manager → Manager → Director → Senior Managing Director → Executive Managing Director → Vice President → President.
