Connect is a container app that will provide its users notifications and self-serve options from various applications & tools used at [24]7.ai and is aimed to become the one-stop-shop for all notifications & self-serve modules, along with access to their QR code. All who are connected to [24]7.ai and who have the required access from [24]7.ai can use this app for the QR code related needs, and to receive alerts & updates on the go, and take necessary action right from their mobile device.

I cannot click onto the button to enroll in the passion clubs also the TMS is really lagging off which effects my transport detection. Please fix these issues at the earliest! Thank you 😊.

Just bug ridden. Even after having updated to the latest version. Logs me out whenever it feels like it, takes ages to update cab details. Sometimes I don't even receive cab details for the trips and makes it inconvenient to connect with the drivers. iCare functionality is extremely glitchy too! Not exactly sure as to what this app helps to accomplish, but I can say it's very far from doing so.

Very bad experience with this app. Suddenly the application log out and asking for credentials. It is showing authentication failed, even after providing the correct details. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it several times. I saw the reviews. So many people faced the same issue from so long time. But the issue hasn't been cleared yet.

Non Adherence for India:
Non Adherence Notification: Employees will receive Transport Non-Adherence notifications through their Connect App.
Non Adherence Detail: Employees can now access their Non-Adherence data within the Connect app for specific dates or durations
Vacation Integration: Users in Guatemala now have the capability to access and apply for vacations/leave through the self-serve vacation tile.
