Used to work bet now it doesn't let the login go through. Not only do people have to work and travel during normal business hours but they can't even get an app to help them.

I can not get logged in. I log in to my regular local portal with my id and password but can not get logged into the app portal. It does not pick up on my local portals password nor does it offer to say you forgot a password. Unable to log in and yes I know my password for my regular local portal.
