Very poor experience with this ITR filing app. The app crashes frequently while entering details or during submission, causing loss of data. Customer support is extremely poor—responses are delayed and issues are not resolved properly. For a tax-related app, reliability and support are critical, and this app fails on both. Not recommended.

The application is gd, just the we need to re login every time, but the services are worst it takes them ages to register a company and the team won't bother to respond to you also, if you are looking for some serious and urgent services, this isn't a place for you.

It's not great platform to expect support for new business. it's only interacting when they want to sale any service to you. Better have connect with local CA or sevrce provider
