This is one of the worst cos in online filing business, irresponsible staffs, many staffs don't know even basic English in the filing section, on top of it staffs are very rude at clients when pointing out their mistakes. They don't have customer service at all, when you try to call the number they provided, most of the time, no one will pick up or disconnect the phone. If anyone has booked any service with them, pls cross check the documents with a qualified auditor, cheating app

My experience with India Filing has been very poor. After receiving payment, they stopped giving proper updates or support. I paid for EPFO registration, and even after 45 days, the work is still incomplete. Every time I contact them, they only say it will be done soon, but no progress is made. This is highly unprofessional and disappointing. They should respect customers’ time and money.

The interface is clean and user-friendly, so even beginners can use it without much difficulty. Customer support is also responsive and helpful when resolving queries. However, sometimes the processing can take a bit longer, and the app performance could be improved slightly❤️
