Ratings and reviews

I have had some mixed experience in the past. The sales team was prompt, but there used to be a lot of goof ups, some missed filings, etc. Usually had to escalate those issues with higher-ups. About a year ago, Ms. Darshana contacted me and things have become smoother and streamlined. She has become a one-point contact always available on WhatsApp or on call to resolve the query. A year ago would have given this app a 2* rating, more 2* only for Ms. Darshana

I can't express what india filings did to me... They really skipped my filings for around six months and I had to pay a hefty penalty for it. No proper redressal system. I let it go. Again they skipped filings and now a different accounts manager calling to renew the plan by simply saying that "i don't know what happened with your previous accts manager, but just tell me whether you wanna renew the package". Purely unprofessional approach.
