Ratings and reviews

I have had some mixed experience in the past. The sales team was prompt, but there used to be a lot of goof ups, some missed filings, etc. Usually had to escalate those issues with higher-ups. About a year ago, Ms. Darshana contacted me and things have become smoother and streamlined. She has become a one-point contact always available on WhatsApp or on call to resolve the query. A year ago would have given this app a 2* rating, more 2* only for Ms. Darshana

This is one of the worst cos in online filing business, irresponsible staffs, many staffs don't know even basic English in the filing section, on top of it staffs are very rude at clients when pointing out their mistakes. They don't have customer service at all, when you try to call the number they provided, most of the time, no one will pick up or disconnect the phone.
