There is a serious lack of internal communication between departments, that is putting my trademark application at risk. I paid the required fees and emailed my signed authorization documents back to them well ahead of schedule. However, their filing team failed to upload the documents on time, which has now triggered an automated abandonment warning from the Trademark Registry for a a missed deadline.

Unprofessional and responsive. After trying to get my company registered and continuously trying to get the work done over a period of approximately three months, I asked for a refund. I was given a partial refund and then eventually had to raise a complaint in the consumer forum to move the things forward. They continued to claim that they have already submitted the company register. They have taken care of things but never provided any proof of completion of the tasks. Not recommended.

no clear information shared on various steps. there is always a rush to complete work without explaning reasons. Team did not share the breakdown of total charges for the services. unfortunately, this isn't a good experience.
