This Indian bank app falls short on multiple fronts, making it an exercise in frustration rather than convenience. The app's speed is reminiscent of a sloth on a leisurely stroll, causing endless waiting times for even the simplest transactions. Navigating through the app feels like navigating through a maze without a map. The user interface, though is not cluttered and unintuitive, but making basic tasks unnecessarily complex.It desperately needs a major overhaul to bring it up to par

Many times app doesn't work. Connectivity issue is a regular problem, I don't know whether the issue is being addressed. Please do something about this. Second incidence of bad service, I wanted to send money less than 2500 for the first time, app gives message " amount is more than permissible limit" I don't know why I can't transfer less than 2500 to a desired account ( even if it is for the first time). Secondly the error messages are also not clear as to what procedures I need to follow.

It's one of the worst banking apps. Takes too much time to open. Then, it says connectivity issues. Some transactions, though it happens, will not be shown. No intimation of app updation. Most of the time, am unable to download account statements. We are being forced to use app by banking staff that don't work properly.
