About this app

Sauna Clock is a fitness management app that uses your Android smartwatch (Wear OS) to record and visualize your daily relaxation time and changes in your physical and mental state.
It does not recommend a specific environment, but rather allows you to review your heart rate trends and set configuration during your daily rest periods.

Measurement can be started with a single tap, and the user's condition is automatically classified based on changes in heart rate.
Even when you are unable to operate your smartphone, the smartwatch continues recording and you can view changes in your physical and mental condition in a graph.

By visually understanding the progression of your heart rate, such as increases, decreases, and stabilization, you can
understand the factors that led to your condition being achieved,
the reasons why you were not fully recovered, and
the rest pattern that suits you.

Each condition is color-coded on the screen for easy understanding.
Recorded data is automatically synced from the smartwatch to your smartphone, allowing you to review it as a detailed report.
