Features for all the smart scenarios require data from an outdoors weather station. Data should be used from the the device, not outdoors spots! I cannot even create a proper sinple smart scenario for humidity. By While day time, when the humidity indoors is 65%, outdoors could only be 30%, so the smart scenario to "switch on the Dry mode if humidity is over 50%" won't start! The app cannot properly find my location (using GPS). A different area is used so wrong data are also used.

Just useless. Doesn't connect to my smart device, can't do manual or automatic pairing. Worse still, if you contact customer services they are useless. I have an email chain going over two weeks with customer service who just send copy and paste troubleshooting and don't actually address the tech issues with this app connecting to my smart device. I've given up and decided to return the whole device.

just purchased the AC from Amazon, following the instructions in the box, faced with the email registration - it took 30min between applying and getting the code. in the meantime have read the hundreds of horror stories in the App review, trying to "Contact Support" as suggested in step 4 seems impossible, they only want to hear from trade customers wanting to sell their goods, looks like the AC is going back to Amazon if they are not capable or willing to support even the sign-up process.
