Good while it lasted. For the past weeks the app has malfunctioned (dehumidifier appeared but was frozen in a specific setting), and today it got completely deleted and cannot add it again. Could have been a five star app, instead it's useless now. Edit: I managed to add the device again. You need to disable all VPN as well as "VPN style" apps on your phone (DNS, anti-tracking, etc). Back to 3 stars but not to 5, because adding the device still did not bring my smart scenarios back.

Features for all the smart scenarios require data from an outdoors weather station. Data should be used from the the device, not outdoors spots! I cannot even create a proper sinple smart scenario for humidity. By While day time, when the humidity indoors is 65%, outdoors could only be 30%, so the smart scenario to "switch on the Dry mode if humidity is over 50%" won't start! The app cannot properly find my location (using GPS). A different area is used so wrong data are also used.

Just useless. Doesn't connect to my smart device, can't do manual or automatic pairing. Worse still, if you contact customer services they are useless. I have an email chain going over two weeks with customer service who just send copy and paste troubleshooting and don't actually address the tech issues with this app connecting to my smart device. I've given up and decided to return the whole device.
