About this app

InventoryWare Mobile is the companion app for the InventoryWare inventory counting platform. Designed for warehouse floors, stockrooms, and retail environments, it gives your team the tools to count inventory quickly and accurately right from their phone or tablet.

BARCODE SCANNING
Use your device camera to scan barcodes instantly. Supports all major barcode formats including UPC, EAN, Code 128, QR codes, and Data Matrix. Manual entry is available when scanning isn't practical.

REAL-TIME COUNTING
Count inventory by location with a simple, guided workflow. Select a count plan, choose your location, and start scanning. Quantities update in real time so your team always sees the latest numbers.

COUNT PLANS
Work from structured count plans created by your team leads on the web application. See assigned locations, track progress, and mark locations as complete when finished.

TEAM COLLABORATION
Multiple team members can count simultaneously across different locations within the same count plan. All counts sync automatically so everyone stays in sync.

BARCODE LOOKUP
Look up any barcode to see part details, storage locations, and current quantities. Useful for quick checks without starting a full count.
