uReporting sovellukseen lisätty ominaisuus QR-koodin lukemiseen laitteen tunnistamiseksi. Skannaamalla QR-koodin, pääsee käyttäjä suoraan laitekorttiin, josta pystyy tekemään huoltopyynnön, tarkastamaan laitteen tilan sekä suorittamaan määräaikaistarkastuksen.
