Customer Onboarding Portal captures the details of Stockiest via forms and creates a customer code in SAP system.
ASM role to fill all the required details through Mobile app.
Stockiest to login and fill the required details and Submit or ASM can fill the form with all needful details of customer.
Approval process: ASM->SH->ZH-> RA
ZH: Zonal Head ,SH - State Head ,RA: Regional Accountant
Post approval and processing the form by RA at onboarding portal, data is carried via API to SAP and feed the data to SAP MDM with which Customer code will be created.
Created code will be sent back to onboarding portal to ensure all the S&M teams are aware of this code created for customer.
Any failure of code creation due to deficiency of data sent to SAP MDM will be rejected and sent a response back to onboarding portal with deficient information on missing data. At this time, the form will be enabled with option to re-process.
The same log is expected to show in the form so that RA will take an action to input accurate information and re-process the form to SAP MDM.
On successful data submission, SAP MDM will deliver the code created in system and will be reflected at onboarding portal.
