Just for information it instantly downloads and doesn't even download it just launches Minecraft and boom done or and just for more it might say incompatible when you try to activate in global resources but don't mind that it's still works on resources packs that's what I have to say it's up to you now

It downloaded successfully ,but no matter how I try to fly, by looking upwards , I can not. I tried it with atleast 5 planes and in both survival and creative. I will update this comment, if i can finally fly.

This is great, I know it doesn't work at first instance but if ur standing next to or in any of the planes, type /effect @e levetation _____( the time u want to fly ur plane) and then enter, it will fly
