The app provided by Gyeongju-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do can create a variety of fun videos using augmented reality technology combined with Gyeongju Hwango Intersection. (Currently in pilot operation) The experience is available in the Hwango-geori area located in Gyeongju-si.

Hwango Street, located in Gyeongju City, is being created as a space for various experiences and relaxation. In particular, we created a new gallery where tourists and residents can communicate and experience by utilizing augmented reality, a new technology of the 4th industry.

• “Hwangogeori AR” is an application that does not require membership and can be used for free. Services may vary depending on cell phone model.

• Touch once briefly to take a picture, and press and hold to record a video. (Up to 15 seconds of video recording)

• If you go to the current service location, there is a signboard explaining AR (Augmented Reality).
You can record more interesting videos and photos by checking the information board.

• This is an application that applies AR (augmented reality) technology to the streets. After filming is completed, you will automatically be moved to the save and share page, and you can share it on your SNS using the share button.

• Use the #(hashtag) copy button to record your own unique videos and photos on your SNS, and be sure to do so! Become a “nuclear insider” by using “Hwango-geori AR”, which can only be enjoyed by visiting Hwang-o-geori.
