I can't make it past the first level where do you get cuffs I don't spawn with them please help also after I got out of my car and chased someone they ran into my empty car and died how is this under my control please fix

Good game, excellent mechanics, but when closed and opened again, never starts up and kicks you out the game.

love it but there's just one problem, whenever I handcuff a criminal and take him to the detention bus it doesn't work, so please add a how to take a criminal to jail tutorial please
