Kerry Tai Wing Logistics APP allows customers to use the related services we provide through their smartphones. Customers can check the delivery status of shipments anytime and anywhere, and provide customers with fast and convenient logistics services by checking nearby business locations.
In order to provide customers with convenient services, the APP includes the following functions:
1. Make an appointment for shipping: Customers can enter shipping information online, eliminating the need to fill out a handwritten shipping form, and wait for the driver to pick up the shipment.
2. Shipment inquiry: Customers can check the delivery status of single/multiple shipments anytime and anywhere through voice input, barcode photography or directly entering the freight order number.
3. Location query: In addition to providing a list of business locations in various counties and cities, it also provides a location service method to query the business locations closest to customers.
4. Freight calculation: Customers can enter shipping information online to calculate the possible freight amount for this consignment (for reference only, not the final freight).
5. Member services: Provide member information and common address book management functions.
6. Message notification: If the customer is logged in and the push notification service is enabled, the sender will be notified with a push message after the shipment is delivered.
7. Information service: Provide the latest news carousel, professional service introduction and related precautions.
