Very poor app, hospital and app is not synchronised, appointments and not updated .with hospital. 50 % of wrong informations. Feed back is taken but not use. Waste of time and memory. even after repeated feed back(negative) , no action is being taken to address the issue nor nobody from KIMS is interested in correcting the issues. it may be because the new management and the present staff want these issues alive so that they can survive. the app is updated 1yr before which shows the commitment.

So far it's useless for me. I am not even able to sign up. It's showing an error of "select site", but no "site" is listed in the tab. The only option available is "cancel". It would have more convenient if a login option is also given in the website. So in phones where the app works they can use that option, and where it is not working they can try website. Now it looks like the only option for me is to visit hospital again!! High-tech with no use!!!

Not able to see lab reports even after i get text message that reports are ready. Then all of a sudden, it decides to appear. The next day, i wanted to see the same report it showed earlier and I can't see anything but a blank screen. Needs a lot of improvement. Atleast the active medication section works fine at all times or else i'd give only 1 star.
