it was disgusting. it is mere agony the acvoubt holder face. on changing of app, I faced so much difficulty today which can not be described in words. called helpline four times but they themselves knew nothing. on their instructions I tried through webpage and app. while going through the webpage banking after entering the username and password, it rejects on the first attemp. While using app after entering password, it says to update profile. If I register agresh, it says "user already exis

Very poor..👎👎 Password expires😳 & creating new password is so difficult. Can you believe it 11 tyep of restrictions on creating password.It should be coustomors choice..💔 There should be forget password option on the app..is there...??? Instead of making it simple you guys made it complicated. You should go at least 1 step a head but you are no way near. That's how you guys compete to other banks.? I think it's time to wake-up ..

Most horrible experience of trying to register online. They fed wrong data, their helpline told me "sir, you are not correctly telling your mothers name" ??? So far, i have tried some 6 or 7 times to register, but no headway. They told me sir, sorry we made a mistake last time, their never ending mistakes is so frustrating. Total Incompetence .
