Most horrible experience of trying to register online. They fed wrong data, their helpline told me "sir, you are not correctly telling your mothers name" ??? So far, i have tried some 6 or 7 times to register, but no headway. They told me sir, sorry we made a mistake last time, their never ending mistakes is so frustrating. Total Incompetence .

I recently opened a bank account and attempted to register on the Khushali Bank app. However, I encountered an issue during the registration process. Despite completing my details, I was unable to proceed as the app only allowed alphabetical characters. Frustrated, I contacted the bank's customer support and spoke with a representative named Kiran. Unfortunately, instead of receiving assistance, I was met with a dismissive and unhelpful attitude, which made me feel like I was inconveniencing her

I face the given issue after updation.. I go to email I'd for OTP received and then when I go to my App from email ...it automatically signout and I have to repeat the same process again and again because I am not able to put OTP in app as it's always sign out that time... The 2nd thing is that whenever we want to do online somewhere so before transaction confirmation the app should mention the charges of the transaction so that we know how much the transaction cost us the same is meezan app
