This app is terrible. A waste of time and money. The scrolling is broken. The level 2- loading the firearm directions and quiz don't match. They list a different order to do things in. The shotgun swing through practice is broken. The app freezes and you have to redo sections multiple times over. I know how to safely handle and use firearms. I don't want to play games I want to take the exam. This was advertised as the fastest option but it's been slower.

It's extremely hard to select lessons when it wont let you scroll down and some of the lessons themselves are finicky, like, for example, leading a target with a shotgun it tells you to hold to aim and release your finger to shoot when in actuality you need to swipe repeatedly and then tap to shoot. But if you tap or swipe too fast, it will send you to the lessons select screen, and then you'll have to redo the whole lesson, that's if you can even get to select it again

This application failed more than it ever worked. The "upgrade" to digital game play learning, failed and while it was at it, signed me up for a subscription to a service I not only didn't want but NEVER USED OR INTERACTED with. I disputed the charge and they refuted the dispute with screen grabs of the account they set up which CONFIRMED!!!! ZERO USAGE OR INTERACTION. ALL in ALL a complete waste of my time and resources. Also engaged in deceptive and downright FRAUDULENT business practices.
