Stand-Up Writer (www.Stand.App) was created by a Stand-Up Comedian for Stand-Up comedians to make it easy to write your jokes, organize them into stand up bits and shows & rate them.

I came to a conclusion that with today's technology, we can create a great tool for stand up comedy comics for them to be able to write & organize their sets & jokes, use them to create stand up shows & rate them afterwards.
Stand up writer is a professional joke writer and editor for your stand up routine sets & bits.

No more different joke versions (which you don't remember which one performed the best) - a clear method to write, perform and rate.
Stand Up writer is also available via the web, so you can easily sync your material between devices.

Ratings and reviews

Great little app with no ads or microtransactions. Pretty basic, but all you really need. You can bold and italicize text, add headings, tag sets, and rate jokes/sets out of 5 stars. Some features that would be nice: - A field for time, so you know how long a joke takes. - The ability to reorder and combine individual jokes into various sets (preferably with the time updated accordingly) - Variations for jokes and sets - A place for notes, attached to the rating system of jokes/sets/shows

The recent updates are great and it is one of few options out there for helping with this. But even though there are few, this tool is great on it's own! I would love to see some more user friendly functions though such as being able to export sets in to text files or mass copy & paste etc.! But great work, keep it up!

Was better before the recent update that doesn't let you rate jokes per show and update the joke rating according to that. You have to rate the shows as a whole and each joke separately now. Appreciate the new joke folder option but also wish there were a way to reorder the jokes. Edit: Thanks for the prompt response! I can see how some might prefer the new rating system and you can't please everyone, I just find it's more work. I do see the joke sorting options now which is great.
