Free license plate lookup

With the free license plate check, you can see, among other things:

• Make, model, version, and year of manufacture
• MOT status and expiry date
• Power in kW and hp, fuel type, and engine capacity
• Weight, maximum mass, and towing capacity
• Monthly road tax
• Whether the vehicle is insured
• Outstanding recalls
• Export status and first admission

Premium report: check a used car before you buy

Are you unsure about a second-hand car? The Premium report goes beyond the free license plate check:

Where does the data come from?

The vehicle data comes from the RDW's open data (opendata.rdw.nl), and we supplement this with our own enrichment. The Premium report also uses other data sources. Qenteken is an independent app and is not affiliated with the RDW or the government.
