It always says that it can't connect to server and to please try again later, so I've had no interaction with the app because I can't get it to even log in. There is no report issue button, so this is me reporting an issue. Yes, I'm using the CORRECT Key Trak System ID number, before asking.

Almost wish instead of having to press the in-app back button, I could just use my phones default back button. Using my phones back button just closes the app. Otherwise easy to use.
