About this app

(1) Application purpose
With the suggestion of Ashin Sirīdhamma, we designed this application of the Theravada Dhammapada to help the monks and nuns more convenient in understanding the meaning and analyzing the words of the Dhammapada verses.
This application gathers translations of:
+ Mr. Thich Minh Chau
+ Mr. Indacanda
+ Mr. Acharya Buddharakkhita
+ Ms. Daw Mya Tin, M.A, from Burma Piṭaka Association (1986)
+ Pāḷi Nissaya of Burma
+ Commentary on the Dhammapada by each sentence and paragraph (Bhikkhu Minh Dat)
+ Analysis of Pāḷi words (Bhikkhu Duc Hien)

(2) Instructions for effective use
+ Search by syntactic sentences, for example: sentences 12, 12, ...
+ Search by Pāḷi words, for example: attanā, bālā, …
+ Search by Vietnamese words, for example: wisdom, mindfulness, precepts, closeness, mindfulness,...
+ To view the Annotation of each Syntax sentence, when clicking View Annotation, you can choose to open with Google Drive or open with any Web Browser.
In this Annotation file, it can be downloaded to your computer to view and also search on the file.
+ In addition, there are also functions: memorizing, copying content, sharing for friends.
