The book of commentary is the most complete in discussing fiqh, although its attention to the aspects of qiraat, irab, issues related to the science of Nahwu and Balaghah, as well as aspects of nasikh (removed verses) and mansukh (removed verses, both the readings and the law) are no less the magnitude of his attention to the sciences of jurisprudence as well as general sciences, it can be said that Al Qurtubi may Allah have mercy on him, has been objective in conveying the discussions in his book of commentaries, is clean (not tendentious) in conveying his criticisms, stays away from things who is unethical when discussing or debating, pays great attention to the science of interpretation from its various aspects, and explores every science described and discussed in his book.
Books of interpretation that have such characteristics and positions, are very appropriate to be the center of attention of experts where they should try to explain and explain some of the meanings that are unclear or cannot be understood. But to our knowledge, no one has attempted to provide an explanation for the book. Therefore the publisher feels the need to publish this book along with an explanation in the form of his takliq from Muhammad Ibrahim al-Hifnawi and his takhrij: Muhammad Hamid Uthman.
