Contraction Timer: Popzy is the simplest way to time your contractions when labor starts. One tap when a contraction begins, one tap when it ends. Popzy tracks the length and the time between each one, shows you the pattern as it builds, and tells you when it is time to head to the hospital.

Know when it is time
Contraction Timer: Popzy follows the 5-1-1 rule most midwives and doctors use: contractions about five minutes apart, lasting about one minute, for one hour. When your timing matches, Popzy tells you clearly. You can adjust the rule to whatever your own midwife or doula recommends.
