This Student Book consists of 31 lessons contained in 8 chapters, namely: Chapter I The Beauty of the Diversity of My Buddhism; Chapter II My Buddhist Figures are My Inspiration; Chapter III The Beauty of My Experience and Awareness; Chapter IV My Harmony and Peace in Meditation; Chapter V Buddhism and Technology; Chapter VI Technology My Pride; Chapter VII Making Peace With Change; and Chapter VIII I Love My Nation's Work.

This Student Book is very unique and has various advantages. Learning is packaged with interesting and fun activities.

Each lesson presents theories, concepts and material containing student activities which are part of the learning material. Activities presented include: (1) Sitting in Silence, (2) Reading, (3) Listening, (4) Storytelling, (5) Singing, (6) Discussion, (7) Critical Thinking, (8) Main Message, (9 ) Message of the Scriptures, (10) Cultivation of Character, and (11) Practice.

The learning process goes through the stages of knowing and remembering (pariyatti), implementing (patipatti), and achieving results (pativedha). “Study will increase knowledge, knowledge will increase wisdom, wisdom will know the goal, knowing the goal will bring happiness.” (Theragatha: 141). "A person reads a lot of scriptures, but does not act according to the teachings, such a person is like a shepherd who counts other people's cows, he will not gain the benefits of a holy life." (Dhammāpada: 19).
