Physical Education, Sports and Health (PJOK) is an inseparable part of education as a whole in the National Education system. The aim of Physical Education, Sports and Health is to develop aspects of physical fitness, movement skills, critical thinking, emotional stability, moral actions and healthy lifestyles systematically in achieving National education goals.

Physical Education, Sports and Health provides direct opportunities for students to gain experience learning from and through systematic physical activities. Coaching in the PJOK learning process aims to develop physical growth, develop intelligence in designing and implementing the results of learning activity designs and in decision making, as well as developing emotional and spiritual intelligence.

Through this teacher's guidebook, the author hopes to be able to make a positive contribution to the development of education, especially Physical Education, Sports and Health in Class XII Senior High Schools (SMA).
