The educational paradigm of the XXI century provides the widest possible learning opportunities towards new, more civilized humans. The text of the Grade 8 Music Arts Teacher's Guide book was designed taking into account the nature of education, curriculum design that ensures the quality and relevance of education with local culture-based learning in order to further strengthen national culture.
