• We have recently added user registration. This is completely optional. You can still submit service requests and use the app without registering.

• If you have an account with LADWP.com you already have an account with MyLA311. The same account login can be used with both MyLA311 and LADWP.com.

Ratings and reviews

Great option to calling 311 for the city of Los Angeles. Most issues can be handled via the app. Easy to check on status of service requests. Unfortunately the 311 staff now just refer you to the various department numbers instead of passing on the information. Also the app's location finding freezes often. Both negatives need to be fixed.

The truth is that it is a super excellent application for me as a manager, it is much easier to place orders to collect furniture and other things, that's why I love it

App asks for permission to access camera and storage to upload a photo but no such setting exists for this app for Android
