It would be great if this app actually worked. My neighborhood is overrun with crackheads and homeless encampments taking up our rightful places to park but I can't even report it because the app doesn't work!! FIX IT!! All I get is ab endless wait screen saying "fetching service request information " but nothing actually happens. Good job guys!!

I used this app to create tickets for homeless encampments. Unfortunately since weeks I cannot get a location selected with my Android phone anymore. I don't even know where to report this issue... It's a bummer, if the app was taken better care of and you would actually see tickets been processed/completed. This would be helpful since the city tries to automate a lot or at least without cs interaction...

Not working. Select bulky items, select location. As soon as you do this. You get the error message. Sevice date is missing. If you select Metal household appliances. You don't get this error. Service date appears as normal. Please test steps above. It is reproduce able. Using latest version of the app.
