The BeeCreative smartphone app supports the learning experience in an interactive and playful way.

BeeCreative combines the direct experience of nature in the Hohenheim gardens with exciting educational games. Wild animal characters like Mia the mason bee take center stage and offer easy access to the fascinating habitats of these animals. Whether it's the dipper Clus representing the birds or the common toad Bufo as an example of the amphibian world – each station on the trail tells a unique story about our natural world.

BeeCreative was developed by the Department of Teaching and Learning with Intelligent Systems at the University of Stuttgart. The project was funded by the Baden-Württemberg Foundation’s “Learning Sustainability – Children Shape the Future” program in cooperation with the Heidehof Foundation.
