We're super excited to announce that we've partnered with the Smith Mountain Striper Club to add 6 additional water temp sensors around SML.

Worried about flooding at the lake, wondering about the water level changes, curious about the current water temperature, interested in SML specific alerts...maybe you just want to track the Smith Mountain Lake Ice Cream Boat! Regardless, this app is for you if you visit, live, and/or boat on Smith Mountain Lake and are interested in water level, water temp, and/or wind forecast information.

SML+ is the ONLY app that includes:

- Water Level measurements updated every 15 minutes
- Water Temperature updated every hour from 7 different locations around SML
- Water Temp Sensor Map showing an interactive location of the temp sensors
- Day, Week, Month, and Year views of Water Level and Water Temp changes at the lake
- Wind Forecast that includes wind speed, gust, and direction with a 5 day future forecast
- Annual average Water Level reference annotation
- Color coded Water Level status
- Water Level for SML, Leesville, and Claytor Lakes
- Get specific measurements from touching a specific point on the Water Level and Water Temp charts

Ratings and reviews

Love info provided but navigating the app needs to be improved. Being that the app is full screen some of the options or buttons are not selectable. For example, on the map for tracking the food boats, the hot dog boat is not selectable because it is behind the notification drawer (time, signal strength, battery level, etc.). The gas page is also impacted as the menu is not selectable because of the same location issue (upper left corner). Love the info, hate the layout/navigation).

This app is okay we love tracking the ice cream boat with it but it doesn't update the location well.
