Use the LCU service request to apply for water and/or sewer service. Seasonal disconnects and lien requests can also be processed using this app. All customers within LCU account are welcome to use the mobile application. My old LCU app doesn't work so installed this one (only choice in my app store). No choices and won't even pull up my bill. The old app was very simple and had all the info I requested.

Horrible app. I literally watched it drain my battery by 1% a second. When my phone gave a low power warning, it reset. Also the birthdate input is a scroll back from todays date. Great design if you're ten.

-100. Not a true app. Takes you to website. No data safety information. The other app was simple and fast to pay bill. Now I have to go to my laptop.
