Use the LCU service request to apply for water and/or sewer service. Horrible app. I literally watched it drain my battery by 1% a second. When my phone gave a low power warning, it reset. Also the birthdate input is a scroll back from todays date. Great design if you're ten.

-100. Not a true app. Takes you to website. No data safety information. The other app was simple and fast to pay bill. Now I have to go to my laptop.

Cant get past the first screen. It keeps prompting me to connect to the internet even after trying data and wifi!
