LifeStory Connection Reminisce works with the LifeStory Connection™ application to display select life story information along with photographs. This new innovative tool is a great way for individuals, families, loved ones, staff, and others to reminisce life stories individually, one-on-one or in groups to share with others.

LifeStory Connection Reminisce contributes to providing person-centered care and helps to personalize the healthcare experience for the most dedicated providers. The app is view-only and displays real-time information on a phone or tablet in a simple, easy format.

Both the LifeStory Connection™ application and LifeStory Connection Reminisce helps to build trust, improve engagement, and ultimately contribute to better outcomes. The use of this application has helped care partners improve their knowledge of residents’ life stories and thus, improve the overall resident experience through their healthcare journey, especially those with dementia.
