after input login details the login logo yang appear during the login takes MORE THAN 45 SECONDS TO 1 MINUTE to actually go into the app. I am so amused. what is your IT backend doing??? so much of glitch and so much of stress caused by this man. we ain't got so much of time to restart the app again and again and then retry again. annoying you know, we got other things to do also, not waiting for the snail to reach home. please look into it!!!!

UI/UX is good, but app loading is super slow. QR Pay takes almost 10 seconds to load. IT team, please fix this.

Nur Addi
Had a hard time trying to login and suddenly I'm being locked out of my account, and to solve this I must call the customer service when they never pickup my calls. Terrible app, and terrible service.
