after input login details the login logo yang appear during the login takes MORE THAN 45 SECONDS TO 1 MINUTE to actually go into the app. I am so amused. what is your IT backend doing??? so much of glitch and so much of stress caused by this man. we ain't got so much of time to restart the app again and again and then retry again. annoying you know, we got other things to do also, not waiting for the snail to reach home. please look into it!!!!

app so poor in security? say my phone not meet minimum security requirement.. Bro, all other banking apps I can access, what's wrong with U? simple app still need customer service? I can't trust your servicé seeing your lousy app

UI/UX is good, but app loading is super slow. QR Pay takes almost 10 seconds to load. IT team, please fix this.
