after input login details the login logo yang appear during the login takes MORE THAN 45 SECONDS TO 1 MINUTE to actually go into the app. I am so amused. what is your IT backend doing??? so much of glitch and so much of stress caused by this man. we ain't got so much of time to restart the app again and again and then retry again. annoying you know, we got other things to do also, not waiting for the snail to reach home. please look into it!!!!

Very bad experience. Unable to login aps despite installed the updated version. same goes to web login keep asking to update the latest version before u can make fund transfer.

after downloading the app, once launched, I was asked to give access of live location...and no matter what I click, it just doesn't move at all.... zero response.... worst experience ever for a banking app...
