App so poor in security? block app access because of some app, force user to delete app? please let use decide to proceed... Bro, all other banking apps I can access, what's wrong with U? the app make my login failed, simple app still need contact customer service to login? I can't trust your servicé seeing your lousy app.. will you just remove force close? let me make the decision.. your app is unusable.. I have been waiting for for a year.. in this case please use tac instead of app secure tac

This application is extremely slow when logging in. I had to transfer my money to another bank account to make payments more conveniently and quickly. It is very slow, I spent half an hour trying to log in, but it only displayed the logo screen. This application is not user-friendly.

Why do I keep getting "screen lock disabled" notification when I open the app? I am unable to access it and it has caused a lot of inconvenience. I tried so many ways and even called the HQ but even they could not solve this issue.
