black screen after logging in. cleared cache and did everything the help desk said. worst app ever.

From all the similar shipping apps, this is the worst. Decided to book a container from my phone, bcs website not optimised for mobile at all, I downloaded app,for the first 5 min I just can't login, cause app always freeze even I have new brand phone with good wifi. Next by quote start to make booking and from very start where need to fill pre-carriage instruction there was an error, that I didn't filled something... Main thing for customers to have a comfortable app/web, but msc don't care.

One star is very difficult to give this app bcoz it does not work work properly,not easy to find out what are you finding. I am searching for quotation for 2 container but could not find out and accurate sign in denied password not match after and after change and authenticate password. Very difficult.
