About this app

We have overhauled our app to improve look, feel and functionality for our drivers. As you have seen, we have also separated into two apps. Dial*In is intended to provide tools more focused on loads and gives you access to some Qualcomm features while you are away from the truck. In*Gauge is intended to enhance and speed up your tasks and communication with tools you can use anytime of day.

Dial*In features include:
- Next Load
- PTA Status
- Lumper Request

We will continue to improve the current features and introduce more functionality.
We need your feedback to help us know what new features and fixes you need the most, so leave a comment and let us know your thoughts.

The app worked well with my Droid Maxx but with my new phone, MotoZ4, i don't get notifications! Receiving load notifications when I am away from the truck is the #1 reason to have this app but sadly i am not alerted anymore when i have been sent a preplan!! I've read several complaints stating the very same thing and there has been ample time to resolve this issue so please fix it! Everything else works as it did before.

It says it updates you for your next load but it doesn't. It needs to be updated to accept newer phones as well. and not being able to send a message on an android phone is annoying. needs work. just wish they would actually read the reviews and change what the users are saying is wrong with the app and not updating for going on 3 years is horrible.

Works when it wants to. Been fighting the app for about an hour trying to see what my next load is. This app use to be good at one point but it now crashes in an area where there is 5G, but works fine in areas where there is no 5G. Trying to update my phone to see if that fixes the problem but so far, it is not looking good. It also freezes when you try to turn everything on like PTA status, next load, etc. Never did that until recently.
